The Laughing Buddha 'Buddai' was a Chinese Monk in the 10th Century BCE, who brought fortune and luck to whoever rubbed his stomach. The Laughing Buddha is smiling, whilst one hand rubs his belly symbolizing generosity and abundance, the other hand is raised to spread blessing. This Pendant was carved from Handpicked Burmese A-Jade, completely untreated and natural. We finish off the carving with a Solid Gold clasp, accentuating wealth, but allowing the natural Jadeite and our carvers craft to shine. (Chain not included)
